Culture
Very friendly although it could have used more social events that doesn't include alcohol in order to include everyone in the company. The company also lacked interaction with other departments.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed being envolved in the design phases of the projects, being able to communicate my views and understand what's going on. I also enjoyed taking part of meetings with other departments in order to see other perspectives and understand the other side
