Overview
Working on the development team for internally used systems and software. Daily interactions with team members, local and global, along with interaction with the internal clients and users of the systems. Worked on developing and maintaining crucial systems currently in use by the company, which gives a very good exposure and a sense of belonging.
Skills
Learnt alot of soft skills, including client communication and requirement gathering along with the development of my presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, as mentioned I was very quickly integrated into the team being a crucial member just as any other team member. Working on real life projects and issues.
Support & Guidance
From the start of the internship, the onboarding process was very easy and a lot of guidance was provided. Throughout the internship, I was assigned a mentor from the team that provided guidance and support throughout the whole internship and with my day-to-day responsibilities.
Culture
Very friendly culture and a very flat organization. Making everyone very easy to reach and approach.
Your Impressions
I would say it was a very pleasant experience where I was able to grow my technical and soft skills while getting a very good introduction to the finance industry.
