Assited with writing bids and proposals, research for projects, weekly regular meetings, conduct data analysis with various tools, help building models, producing presentations,

Responsibilities
Much more than expected. Everything would be checked but i was given a lot of freedom to deliver tasks as i felt appropriate

A little more huidance at outset could have been good but everyone was willing to further clarify and offer help
Culture
Really glkd and supportive. Demanding and i sometimes had to work over time but I enjoyed the flexibility

Really good and eye opening. it was better than I anticipated and i learned alot, plus gained professional insights which will benefit my career
