The Role
Hard level of work but well instructed and taught at all times
Everyone was friendly and i never felt alienated
Support framework was in place but more could have been done in terms of long term support
Very it is a tough job no doubt i was working till 12 some nights.
A fair amount i was obviously low down but as an undergrad i was expected to pull the same weight as all the grads who had had more training as well!
I have acheived alot of life skills even just basic office ones which will no doubt help me to obtain a job in the future.
The Company
Just a standard office. Work time was work time.
There were some hiccups but overall the structure was solid
Enough to keep me utilisable but as there was no tie in contract training was basic and all perks were tempory
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Been offered a job post uni so pretty good!
The Culture
All the placement students were very close and even the graduates were great fun. The whole department i was working in was a laugh at all the social events.
Socialising was good but i could not afford to live in london and save up for travelling and have money left over
London what else can i say..........
Volunteering was the only real option and i dint have skills that i could use in that situation
