Overview
Working both in and out of the office, taking calls, serving customers, checking customers into and out of vehicles, cleaning cars on occasion, marketing with local businesses, having meetings, delivering and collecting cars, going to work events

Responsibilities
I was given lots of responsibilities, from having a specific sector of the branch that you were responsible for monitoring and reporting back to colleagues on it to also interacting with local businesses and acting as the 'face' of the brand.
Support & Guidance
I was given lots of support and guidance, from regular training sessions, to monthly manager catch up. I also took advantage of the mentor scheme, where I met my mentor monthly to catch up on anything I needed or any questions/concerns I had
Culture
Company culture was a fun and fast paced environment, the atmosphere was always highly driven, as all staff members had a full passion for driving revenue and great customer service. Everyone encouraged each other and provided support when necessary.
Your Impressions
I hugely enjoyed my internship, it was a fantastic opportunity. I gained so many skills and made so many memories that I will take with me onto any future endeavours.
