Overview
Worked as a candidate resource manager, adding candidates to the system, managing the pool of candidates, making candidate availability calls and candidate sales calls.

I've learnt how to persist with a highly intense working environment, become confident on the phone, improved networking skills and gained construction industry knowledge

A good amount of support for the first month but was offered very little opportunity to progress beyond that point

The atmosphere was positive but intense, a good level of energy round the office

It was very intense, mentally draining and extremely repetitive and I was given little support in terms of general welfare and progression

Don't have too high expectations, you're there to be an extra pair of hands to help other consultants make more money
