    Support & Guidance

    • You will have a buddy (Analyst / Associate) to guide you through everything throughout the internship. And, HR and Talent & Development Team will be always there to help you. Everybody at Wells Fargo is very approachable regardless of their business lines. All in all, you will be given a lot of support and guidance.

    • The culture is very positive and supportive. Unlike other banks, here at Wells Fargo, you will get exposure to senior people and they are always happy to chat, help and give guidance.

    • Thoroughly enjoyed my summer at Wells Fargo. Learnt a lot of new skills, attended various development sessions and social events, meeting people from across other divisions.

    • Reach out to previous interns on LinkedIn or even people at the bank. Everybody is happy to chat and give guidance. Work on behavioural interview and make sure you read well about the firm and current news in the market.
