Overview
I have a series of roles at enterprise. I often start the day by calling customers to check details with their bookings. I will then check in customers into the cars/vans they have booked. I also wash, delivery and check cars or vans for damages.
Skills
Yes. The two main skills that I have developed with this job have been my customer service skills and my administration stills on the computer.
Responsibilities
With a job like Enterprise where you are working with cars and customers there is always a responsibility. But if you are ever in doubt you can always ask your manager.

It was a healthy balance of guidance and responsibility.
Culture
We have a very young team which helped me settle in. There was always plenty of energy which was also contagious.
