    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I have a series of roles at enterprise. I often start the day by calling customers to check details with their bookings. I will then check in customers into the cars/vans they have booked. I also wash, delivery and check cars or vans for damages.

  • Yes. The two main skills that I have developed with this job have been my customer service skills and my administration stills on the computer.

  • With a job like Enterprise where you are working with cars and customers there is always a responsibility. But if you are ever in doubt you can always ask your manager.
