    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • As a business management trainee you do a variety of tasks that develop skills in management, customer service, sales and marketing. Due to the nature of the business you do spend some time driving, I find this breaks up the day (rather than just sitting at a desk all day) and therefore makes the day go so fast.

    Skills

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • Working at Enterprise has really helped my development my sales, this is a key element of the business as we are ranked and rewarded based on our sales figures. I have also developed my management skills. Learning how to ‘run a day’; giving my co workers different tasks to make sure all areas of the business are being covered, not just standard rental
