Overview
Day to day involves serving customers and completing admin. You are also in charge of your personal sales which contributes towards sales for the branch.
Skills
I have learnt a lot of customer service skills at Enterprise, how to accommodate all kinds of customers. I have also developed a lot of confidence with new people.
Responsibilities
I was given a customer service captaincy during my time there. This meant taking responsibility for customer satisfaction on behalf of the whole team. Although this was my captaincy I was also provided with a lot of support and guidance from my co workers in fulfilling this role to the best of my ability.
Support & Guidance
I was given a lot of support as the majority of employees started off in the same role as me. I worked in a very busy branch and despite this my co workers always made time to help me where I needed it.
Culture
It is a very fun and friendly atmosphere. There were always social Activities ongoing outside of working hours to give you a break and allow you to get to know your co workers on a more personal level. The atmosphere can also be quite competitive but only in such a way that is beneficial to your personal development.
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed my placement. It taught me so many skills that I would never have learnt without it and I have made lots of long lasting friendships. I decided to stay on part time following my placement because the working environment at enterprise outshines any job I have had in the past.
Yes
I would make anyone aware that the working days are long and it is not a typical 9-5. You stay until the job is done and prepare to work every other weekend. Despite that, you will never be bored by any means and going to work although the hours are long doesn’t feel like a chore.
