Overview
I was attending regular design meetings with the wider team. Ensuring issued design information for review is complete and in line with estimated planning timelines.
Skills
I've learnt new skills in BIM as well as reviewing drawings. I've developed on my existing management skills.
Responsibilities
No, i wish i was because it would of allowed me to learn even more and be more confident.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support, as i was given a buddy who helped me along the way.
Culture
I was based in an onsite office at Heathrow Airport, so it was not diverse, at times i was the only women there and the youngest one also. The general atmosphere was all in all friendly.

I enjoyed the learning aspect as it's in line with my career goals.

Do be afraid to be yourself, and everyone is friendly so don't be afraid to approach people.
