Overview
Supporting a branch located team with customer transactions, customer service, sales, KPI management, admin and business management.
Skills
Networking, business management including applied profit management, risk management, day management, fleet management etc., communication in a customer service centric environment, sales and pitching skills, including flexible and adaptable sales when combined with customer service to find the right product for a customer.
Responsibilities
I would suggest that this internship parallels the Graduate Management Trainee programme. You are involved from the get go but also are able to make the most out of what you put in. Additional responsibilities are easy to assign yourself and extremely valued, often with reward for performance in these responsibilities
Support & Guidance
Networking and relationships built throughout including allocated mentorship, area manager support and team itself.
Culture
The branch team is small and extremely friendly. Your branch will be a friendly team atmosphere where everyone has a group effort towards the same goal. Everyone is engaged and motivated. The wider area you are a part of consistently makes effort to connect and to have social opportunities for everyone to feel involved.
