Overview
i'm split across various teams offering support on marketing campaigns and activities, which are both internal and external. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: blog writing/editing, creating content, updating the website, proof reading, data tracking and analysis, report creating. I'm also involved in employee engagement activities as a side of desk.
Skills
I've learnt a lot of new skills. Especially in terms of strategic thinking for different projects and campaigns. Stakeholder management has been a new skill that i'm continuing to develope
Responsibilities
I've been given complete autonomy over my day to day since the beginning and I was trusted to make decisions very early on. A few months in I was starting to lead on my own projects
Support & Guidance
A lot! I had weekly check in's with my line managers and i had a buddy
Culture
Company culture is amazing! I'm given a great work life balance and i'm supported to work in the way that best suits me! I feel i can really be myself without being judged and i'm not scared to make a mistake.

I've loved every minute of my internship

Be curious and ready to learn. This company is extremely fast moving so being agile is necessary. Most importantly, just be yourself :)
