Overview
On a day-to-day basis, there would be workshops and inspirational talks led by Accenture, which would be followed by a web development session with Code First Girls. There was also allocated time for us to upskill ourselves and take courses related to cutting-edge technology.
Skills
Networking is a skill that this internship allowed me to develop as well as team-building skills in a virtual environment. I was also given the opportunity to learn about a variety of current technology trends and expand my knowledge of different industry applications.
Business Insight
It was eye-opening and interesting to gain such in-depth information about the business, at the end of the internship I felt very confident about the career path I would like to take in the future.
Culture
The company culture is something all the employees were very proud of, and the culture was almost always the answer when employees were asked why they stayed at the company. The environment is very supportive and allows you to produce your best work.
Your Impressions
The internship was one of the most enriching experiences; it gave me the opportunity to meet so many like-minded women in tech and left me excited to see what my career will look like in the future.

Be yourself when doing the psychometric tests and have fun at the assessment center, the whole application process is a really fun and rewarding experience.
