Overview
Gathering requirements from product owners and doing the analysis for computer programmers. Liaising with key business stakeholders to drive priorities and set expectations. All Agile meetings.

Responsibilities
I delivered 2 projects as the solo Business Analyst in separate teams. The way the placement scheme was managed allowed me to grow hugely in confidence, whilst giving me the independence to drive decisions and influence senior stakeholders.
Support & Guidance
I had both a mentor, a buddy and my Team Leader. All were there when and if I needed them.
Culture
Motability Operations is known for having the best working atmosphere and friendly culture. Everyone was/ is always so helpful to everyone. This allowed me to settle into the company a lot easier.
Your Impressions
I loved my placement year, hence my return to Motability Operations. It was the best year in industry for my degree and I couldn't wait to get back to working during my final year at uni.
