Overview
Check in with customers regarding Surface products they were trialling. Speak to partners about deals going through in the business. Plan marketing events for Surface. Upskill on the Surface portfolio and do work for my stretch project.

Presentation skills, customer interaction, technical knowledge, emotional intelligence and practical skills.
Responsibilities
A large amount of responsibility. I was given 15 of my own accounts, many of which were very active accounts. I also hosted launch events and attended multiple events.
Support & Guidance
My manager was excellent at guiding me, as well as my line manager who regularly check in with me and guided me. The whole surface team were very accommodating and supportive also.
Culture
Incredible atmosphere, excellent values throughout the company which the employees demonstrated perfectly.
