Overview
We were shown presentations on the various practice areas and diversity initiatives run by the firm, and were given ample time to network with practicing lawyers. We also had the chance to shadow an associate for two days.
Skills
It was great to learn more about how a law firm actually operates, and this scheme was definitely beneficial in helping me build up my knowledge and confidence.
Business Insight
It was fantastic opportunity and I'm so grateful that I was given this chance. An eye-opening experience that you wouldn't be able to get anywhere else.
Culture
It was very friendly and the people I met were very open and honest about how it is like to work in an international firm such as Latham & Watkins.
