Overview
Ran all social media for Panasonic Beauty and Panasonic Kitchen UK Analysed social performance metrics and created strategies to exceed set KPIs (eg. driving channel growth +30% in 10 months) Managed 50k worth of paid spend budget Assisted in PR event planning Outreached and developed brand relationships for collaborations

Responsibilities
Yes so much! I was given important projects to manage, plus the social channels in themselves were a big responsibility from day one. I have carried on with the company into my final year and continue to gain more insight and responsibility in my new role too.
Support & Guidance
My manager Paige and the Brand Communications team were incredibly supportive throughout my placement. I learnt so much from each person and now they continue to support me through my final year studies.
Culture
The atmosphere and culture went through a big change whilst I was on my placement but it was always very friendly, supportive and motivational.

Put in the work! It is so worth it to make the connections and impress. The opportunities you are given are incredible and it is a great place to work so put the effort in. Also just be yourself and do your research on the company/title!
