Overview
Acting as customer facing, account durable leader responsible for managing and orchestrating support delivery activities for two major international businesses.

Responsibilities
The level of responsibility could’ve been greater earlier on. We were given the autonomy to shape the internship to what we wanted which meant a lot of the opportunities we took were self-led
Support & Guidance
I had 4 weeks of training and a buddy and mentor throughout the entire year. Lots of one to one meetings and reviews with manager also
