Overview
It involves all types of work. No day is the same day. It also depends on division. For me, I understand Product Controllers are doing the control on a T-1 basis, which is very helpful to me and how they relate to one another i.e. trading
Skills
I have developed a further understanding of Banks that do not only have an Investment Banking division but also other functions. I'd say I learn more the knowledge on the industry rather than skills
Business Insight
It is extremely informative. It has opened up a big door for me to enter this industry. i realise what I can achieve is limitless. I especially love their flat organisation culture
Culture
The people are absolutely lovely. They are friendly. The flat organisational structure helps lots of graduates to adapt and learn.
