A typical day changes, you are able to learn so many different aspects of the running of a business, from sales to service to the growth of the business. You are able to apply your management skills when dealing with many different scenarios as well.

A lot of support, My manager constantly gave me support and helped me with anything I struggled with and helped with my personal development. I also had a mentor in the area which was helpful as I had someone to go to for advice or help.
