Overview
Daily tasks: attending meetings, understanding sales data, fulfilling operational requests from sales teams. Daily interactions: manager, other sales staff, marketing staff, finance teams.
Skills
The role allowed me to build on existing skills such as communication, self-reliance, accountability and accuracy. The role also pushed me to develop new skills such as public speaking and commercial awareness.
Responsibilities
Yes, I was given ample responsibilities, leading my own projects and presentations to senior members of staff.
Support & Guidance
I received lots of guidance and support from both my line manager and other members of staff. I had multiple meetings a week with my line manager to discuss status of current projects and ensure I was getting the support/help that I needed
Culture
The company culture was welcoming and fun. Interns are never treated as any less than other staff members. The atmosphere in the office is energetic and exciting. We also did plenty of nights out and meals after work as well as team days out.

I very much enjoyed my placement, Adobe is a wonderful company to be a part of.
Yes
Be yourself! It sounds cliche but the company is so welcoming and being yourself in the interview helps them to see you are authentic.
