Daily briefings, running outloading, running sorter, disciplinary hearings, assessment centres, performance and accuracy conversations

Responsibilities
I was given the role of performance and accuracy manager. This was entirely my responsibility, giving me the chance to explore my own ideas and achieve my own goals which in turn benefitted the whole of the warehouse
Support & Guidance
Could always ask for help when needed and would be given support, but I was also able to have freedom to follow my ideas
Culture
Very friendly- like a family, everyone was kind and willing to help no matter what they were doing
