Overview
My role implied multiple customer facing activities from which I learnt the sales role as well as gained cloud knowledge.
Skills
Yes, I learnt how to create a presentation, present to customers, answer questions as well as gained Azure cloud knowledge through shadowing and using the learning resources Microsoft offers to employees.
Responsibilities
Yes, my manager supported me to present alone in front of some of our big customers.
Support & Guidance
I had a lot of support and guidance from my manager as well as from my team. I believe the company's culture is very helpful in this way.
Culture
I felt the culture encourages everyone to help others and keep a growth mindset, from which I learnt a lot for my future career. Also, it is very inclusive and diverse.
