Overview
MUFG has committed to achieve net zero declaration by 2030. MUFG is very diverse and inclusive. The MUFG Graduate Class intake of 2022 almost 1/3 did not study a finance related degree subject at University. MUFG actively looks to have a diverse graduate intake across a range of subjects studies

The programme was very insightful and gave me so much more confidence by getting to meet former employees who come from a similar background as me. By them presenting the potential roles available and the their experiences with us, I am now much more keen to get a job secured at MUFG.
