Overview
Involved good customer service skills, depositing as well as withdrawing money. Helping customers with there bank details and loans.
Skills
Yes I have built my customer service skills and being able to understand and keep eye for attention on money. As well as this I know how to use bank systems.
Responsibilities
At first I was a trainee and was quite supervised and was just watching other employees however once I learned they made me do it whilst being monitored and ensuring I done it properly
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of guidance and support someone always ensured I had help at the right time.
Culture
Atmosphere was very good, very good team at Santander , very nice people to work with

I very much enjoyed my placement, was hard to leave made a lot of connections and relationshops with colleagues as well as loyal customers!
