Overview
Throughout the placement, there was a key emphasis on learning as much as possible about the business, as well as completing a specific internship task. This was in order to make you feel a part of the company as well as to make sure you are right for the job. This usually compromised of 3 hours of meetings a day, and the rest working on your project.
Skills
My networking skills have been improved as a result of the placement, therefore giving a clearer image of the transmission industry
Responsibilities
I was responsible for the successful completion of my internship project as well as being responsible for my own personal growth
Support & Guidance
My placement manager provided little support/guidance however I sought out support from other people within the team
Culture
Positive working atmosphere, and the majority of interactions were very friendly
