Network management and support. Service management, deployment and support. IT support for users across the UK. Software and hardware approvals. Survey/quotation for network jobs.

Responsibilities
I was trusted to do quotations for network jobs and manage several none production critical, site wide services.
Support & Guidance
The team was happy to answer any questions i had and trained me to undertake any job i was doing.
Culture
Relaxed and friendly, with flexible working and working from home. Lots of charity events and clubs too.
