Overview
Liaising with other teams and team members for information gathering. Using the data to produce dashboards and fact sheets for leaders within the business. Attending meetings both in person and virtual. Connecting with colleagues in the US and APAC.
Skills
Weekly development sessions to improve business skills. Improved communication, networking, presentation skills as well as confidence.
Responsibilities
Yes, surprisingly so. The bank having a smaller footprint in London means more responsibility and involvement from early on.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support provided both from the talent team and direct team and manager. Everyone was very approachable.
Culture
Very open and collegiate. Made me feel very welcome from day 1. Had an opportunity to zoom call with the interns the week before starting which helped a lot.
