Overview
Everyday we had online sessions that involved workshop on how to present yourself in the work market and how the company operates. We has sessions that taught us how the technology the company uses works as well as hearing guest speakers to tell us how they progressed in the company. We has sessions on coding learning java script to create our own websites.
Skills
Coding skills and have developed many other skills like leadership and analytical skills
Business Insight
I gained a lot of insight into the industry and it helped me confirm that i wanted to go into this field as i was so interested on everything i have learnt. I have also learned that there are so many different roles available in this field and im not limited to one or two.
Culture
The company was very welcoming and made sure to support me at every step, they were very understanding if i needed help.
Your Impressions
I very much enjoyed the insight but just wouldve liked more of it to be in person/in office.
Yes
They are a very inclusive company so no matter the background i would just make sure that you present yourself as you are and all will be good.
