Overview
Morning standups, followed by both individual and team programming up until lunch. Then more programming towards the evening. Conversations with members of the company throughout the day, especially if you need dev ops changes.
Skills
Project management, a deeper understanding of C# and projects within C#. Learnt what makes good leadership following a small primer on situational leadership, and after leading standups for a week.
Responsibilities
As much responsibility as you want to take when you join. You are immediately left to get work done and achieve your goals.
Support & Guidance
I had meetings every week with my mentor, who made sure that I was developing professionally well, and discussed any issues I had that week.
Culture
Very relaxed. Good work-life balance, and they really want you to succeed.
