    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
  • Presentations by various teams in the IBD arm of Lazard, technical workshop, work shadowing with a Spring Buddy, essentially an Analyst in one of the teams. Group project to work on over the first 2 days, followed by a presentation on the last day to a Vice President. Ended off with networking drinks with employees across teams.

    Culture

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Great culture - affinity networks to find a sense of belonging, social events, and the spring week paving way to become a close-knitted Analyst class. Great support network, with a Spring-to-Summer Buddy as well who can help with easing into the summer programme to get that conversion. Employees I've spoken to were all very helpful in sharing more about their roles and experiences.
