Overview
Working on new projects with experienced engineers, understanding the processes etc.
Skills
Developed exisitng skills in mechanical engineering, learnt new skills surrounding software and electrical engineering, allowing me to become a more well rounded engineer.
Responsibilities
I was given opportunities to take responsibility for areas of projects or whole projects during my placement, however this increased gradually and I was never made to feel uncomfortable
Support & Guidance
Lots - i was never afraid to ask questions or ask help when i needed and the answers were always helpful from everyone i worked with.
Culture
Good place to work, great friendly people
Your Impressions
Great placement, work was not what i was expecting when i applied, however this was a good thing. The role was a perfect fit for me and definitely what i want to do as a future career.

Prepare well for the assessment centre for placements, especially the presentation if you are asked to do one.
