Overview
Working within the Partnerships Team, given a selection of your 'own brands' to manage and contacts at each brand who you would regularly be in contact with to ensure that the correct messaging for each brand was being displayed on site and reviewing performance of the brand, looking for ways in which this could be improved in order to meet objectives.
Skills
Yes, improved my presentation skills, as well as both written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Yes, for a placement you are given lots of responsibility - the brands you manage you are truly in control of - you make the decisions as to what works best for these.
Support & Guidance
Lots - the whole team is very close-knit and there are lots of training days provided
Culture
Great company culture - rather young work-force. Lots of external events organised as teams outside of working hours.
