Overview
Attending workshops and presentations on Lazard’s business, work shadowing an analyst, creating a presentation with peers and presenting our work.
Skills
I gained a deeper knowledge of the financial sector as a whole, through sessions such as a masterclass in valuation, and in Lazard’s business in particular, for example learning about the prioritisation of diversity and sustainability. I also developed my personal teamwork and leadership skills through the presentation.
Business Insight
I had an excellent understanding of the business and roles after the insight scheme.
Culture
The company culture was friendly and inclusive, and my analyst buddy was always willing to help me learn more.
