Overview
Assisting the Customer Experience department in projects to improve efficiencies or ease of contact for customers. Role included: -Improving the Contact Us page on Renault/Dacia website -Weekly/Monthly reporting on dealership spend -Running bi-weekly team meetings + team planner -Problem solving ad hoc dealership requests regarding internal system

Responsibilities
Yes I was given a surprising amount of autonomy during my work which helped to build self confidence and created high amounts of job satisfaction
Support & Guidance
Lots of both from my line manager and surrounding team members as they have had experience working with interns/graduates in the past and understand what is needed.
Culture
Placement took place around COVID & lockdowns so culture was difficult to measure but in my team the culture was supportive and fun with plenty of opportunities to try new things.

Do not be afraid to ask questions about how the company can help you develop professionally and personally. You don't have to know about cars to work at a car company. Wider knowledge of what threats and opportunities there are for the car industry will be important during interview.
