Overview

Skills
Data Handling, CAD drawing, communication skills
Responsibilities
I was responsible for creating training packages for factory floor workers as well as handling data for factory performance
Support & Guidance
Managers were very patient and gave good guidance. They appreciated that this was a first job in industry and were very accommodating
Culture
Company culture felt a bit archaic and no real buzz to the place. This was after COVID so many were working from home however so this will likely have improved. It didn’t feel like the company area was evolving or expanding, not having a lot of opportunity to progress. Again this might have changed since the pandemic
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it a lot, it was a great entrance into industry and helped me gain another job the following year. I gained a real insight into the company and engineering industry as a whole
