Overview
Campaign management and content creation, agency management, stakeholder management and communication, strategic planning, direct market support, ad hoc administrative duties, budget management
Skills
I developed my communication skills, applied my creativity to real life marketing campaigns, learned to work cross-culturally, think strategically, extract relevant insights, analyse data and work to a deadline.
Responsibilities
This role gave me enormous amount of autonomy to make my own decisions and see real life outcomes. This provided me the level of experience as of a graduate position, and has allowed me to add my experiences to my CV and add give me a significant advantage when seeking graduate roles.
Support & Guidance
I received a lot of guidance from my supervisor, as well as the Talent Acquisition Manager in charge of the Internship programme. In CooperVision, all Interns get assigned a mentor for a year, a professional in the company that can help you with your personal and professional development - I found this a great addition to the programme.
Culture
The culture was friendly and open. All employees were highly motivated.
