Overview
• 12 weeks working for the Yeovil branch developing their Web Enabled Data Links (WEnDL) system • Wrote and edited test scripts using Microsoft Word for new software builds • Ran the test scripts on the software and reported bugs to the development team • Analysed and tested Java code to ensure smooth deployment of the product

• Wrote and edited test scripts using Microsoft Word for new software builds • Ran the test scripts on the software and reported bugs to the development team • Didn't do software development, had the choice between testing and development but I didn't know how to code in Java so I decided to do testing

I had a line manager ready to help whenever I needed something. Everyone in the team was very welcoming and helpful.
Culture
It was remote due to covid so I didn't experience the company culture.
Your Impressions
I didn't enjoy it too much because of the remote conditions. I didn't feel part of the company as I was just working from home.
