Responsibilities
Yes
Support & Guidance
As much as i asked for, and more - there was always someone readyto offer help but in encouraging my own personal development it was never spoon fed or pushed too much, there was room to grow, try new things and experiment ad plenty of guidance to learn and improve on mistakes and recognition when things go well
Culture
The culture within the team was that of familial support, everyone was ready to help and support and everyone had a hand in my own development. Generally across the company the culture is the same of support and inclusivity with many employee resource groups that helped me connect with new people
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed the internship and found many good relationships and learned a lot about myself, my career aspirations and my professional skills.
