The Role
very much, once settled in felt happy, comfortable and a valued asset
Had bi-weekley 1 on 1's with all 3 of my managers concentrating on work i was doing as well as personal needs and areas i wanted to imporove on, by far one of the most valuable things of a placement
Think this is very industry/role, as my role and industry is very ad-hoc
After the initial 3 month period i was running event all by myself, felt like a trusted and independent member of the team
Learnt so much both personally and in relation to my field, have learnt what I do want and what I dont want as a graduate
The Company
Great, in my departement, and i have heard from other department, we had Cake tuesdays, where everyone would take it in turn to bake a cake for the team!
Great from start to finish
Did not expect the amount of time i was given and assisted with personal development, it has been invaluable!

Large group of interns, nearly 100, so thers always something going on!
Im from the North, so anywhere down south always stings the pocket that little bit more down here!
Great, not as good as uni nightlife, but much more civilised, and London is only 28mins away if based in Reading
