Overview
My role mostly involved working with other team members to support their project needs alongside documentation. This role was completed virtual during the pandemic so was severly limited due to secuirty clearance and location.
Skills
I learnt how to operate JIRA, a software for project management alongside growing proficiency in microsoft based products.
Responsibilities
Due to the pandemic the opportunities were more limited than desired from myself and the team, but they accomodated as much as possible with work I could complete virtually.
Support & Guidance
My team had daily morning meetings and I spoke directly to my manager once a week.
Culture
Due to the pandemic this is hard to assess properly, but from my experience it seemed friendly and a nice place to work.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the placement and would recommend it to others, but being in person is much more beneficial than virtual.
