Overview
During the week, I attended several sessions organised by the Early Careers team as well as sat on my desk with my trainer in Asset Financing (B2)
Skills
I gained a lot of insight into life at A&O including DE&I at A&O, its pro bono work, and Innovation @ A&O. This was my first experience with LegalTech and I found the session very helpful
Business Insight
It was helpful that we were given flexibility to schedule coffee catch-ups with members of the firm and an opportunity to meet people during socials. This gave us a holistic understanding of the business and potential roles available
Culture
Very pleasant! Everyone was very warm and welcoming.
