Overview
Working 8-5, lunch is unpaid. On computer handling claims, assessing them and trying to recover the costs

I have learnt excel training, employability skills and communication skills
Responsibilities
I was treated as an employee and not an intern. I did the average work load of other representatives and even senior representatives but it was all equal responsibility
Support & Guidance
Adequate. The training team was lovely but the employees are more focussed on doing their own work
Culture
The company culture is quite relaxed but the environment is the typical work office atmosphere

I dealt with a lot of personal events at work regarding employees and harrassment so I did not enjoy to its full extent
