Overview
Spending time on admin: emails, calendedrs and excel. Attending fit meetings where products devloped on a live model. Meetings: Trade, Team and wider teams. Floor walks and investiagtions into any issues when products arrive in store. Continuaously working on KPI's and company goals.
Skills
yes! i have from understanding of company figures and numbers as well as technical knowledge related to my specific department areas. As well as transitional skills such as communication and time management. I have learnt lots about the process of the fitting and sealing stage and expanded my knowledge and vocabulary on industry tasks and details.
Responsibilities
Yes, the managers wanted us to grow and pushed us by giving us the opporunities to take responsibility as well as having the support along the way

a lot! from both my personal team, the early careers team who help guide the placemement, and the global mobility team who help with the rellocation.
Culture
really comfortable. the office is a fun bright place which is open plan and new, everyone is really nice making the atmosphere nice! Working from home helps too as it can be good for adnim days making in office days more calm.
