The Role
Great atmosphere within the workplace.
This did vary on a daily basis but the majority of the time you are kept busy and always learning new things.
This was one of the highlights of the job- having the autonomy, responsibility and trust from managers for you to be able to run the office on a daily basis.
Learning many skills from communication, organisation to multi-tasking is definitely something that is enhanced whilst working for Enterprise
The Company
Fun and friendly atmosphere, everyone got on really well.
You have on-the-job training as well as going to training events throughout your placement which enables you to meet up with other Interns to share your experiences as well as continue your development within your role.
Training was particularly emphasised on and enables you to develop as an individual. We had a week course at Head Office where training was done with other interns and graduates. The training was extremely fun and did teach us how the systems worked within Enterprise.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
The prospects of promotions within Enterprise are endless and definitely motivate you.
The Culture
Intern events are set up where you are able to meet up with other Interns and discuss anything! It is nice to have people of the same age as you.
Lived at home during my placement year.
