  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • One of the main task is to manage the inbox, where we receive the queries about the products, dealer terms changes, commission statements, deviations. Moreover, we create products for campaigns, we also amend the products if it is essential.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • I have developed the analytical skills, because each query can be different, so I need to analyse from the very beginning, what can be a reason, and what the potential solution can be for it. In addition, I have had the Excel training, which helped me in many situations. when I had to do something quicker than usual, or when something was more difficult to do.

  • I think that the responsibilities were given properly, it has not been very overwhelming, but also they have been keeping me busy. Therefore, I have had many opportunities to learn a lot of new skills.

  • My manager has been supporting me every day, she always tells me that we learn from the mistakes and that we should not be afraid to make them. I have received the proper guidance and trainings, so I have been prepared to work.
