Overview
We heard presentations from people in the different divisions, completed two investment challenges in teams, and had networking sessions.
Skills
Soft skills, such as public speaking and teamwork. Also, technical knowledge on the different divisions at Fidelity. Thanks a lot to Serena Vaughan for organising such an interesting and inspiring event!
Business Insight
It was great to gain a deeper insight into all the different divisions at Fidelity. It has inspired me to do my own research independently so that I can delve deeper into the industry.
Culture
It is such a friendly culture and they were so encouraging. We were reminded at the start that it is okay to make mistakes and ask questions.
