    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • A typical day would involve our stand up meetings for our relevant projects discussing the days action points. From here I will do any relevant actions for my role which often includes testing the customer portal. I also monitor our internal comms inbox and send out/curate comms that come through this. Along with this I look into my weekly/monthly reports and look at any relevant branding.

  • Informative insights into the different departments within the company, training in a variety of new software including Jira, Salesforce, Google Analytics and development of excel and Microsoft office skills.

  • I was given a variety of responsibilities and given the opportunity to do this both independently and as a team. This allowed me to engage and grow multiple skills as well as aiding in further idea generation in relation to the industry and my overall confidence.

  • Support and guidance was always available if needed as well as feedback on work and collaborative thinking. All managers and colleagues were happy to put in time to learn and ask questions about different teams, projects and tasks.

  • Company culture is friendly and open. You can ask questions and be social whilst also working as a team to find solutions to a problem and generate new ideas.
