Overview
Providing support for the Service Managers, completing tasks for the customers to ensure we can continue to support the services that we provide to them.
Skills
I have developed some skills from this placement which include: Communication skills, organisation skills, Skills that are acknowledged in the corporate world (email writing, customer engagement etc), time management.
Responsibilities
I am treated like a permanent employee and just like any other. I am given tasks with great responsibility that are customer facing and have to ensure things are done and sent on time. I also do have a great deal of support from my manager with tasks that hold great responsibility.
Support & Guidance
My team are very supporting, everyone is there to help me and no one ever says no. The perfect team/company for supporting their employees
Culture
Although we have lots of tasks to complete, morale is high and everyone has fun.
Your Impressions
I have thoroughly enjoyed my placement year in Computacenter getting to experience the corporate culture and getting to work along others. I have some great colleagues who have helped me through my time. 100% recommend to anyone.
